Abstract: Tsvetaeva hold a clear idea of spirit-body dualism and values spirit more than body. The pursuit for a spiritual world composes the core values of her poems. Notwithstanding that, the body does not disappear in them, but is hidden. Indeed, the rebelling spirits and flaming enthusiasm in her poems are exactly from the body, which guarantees its greatness and uniqueness. To be specific, first, the value and significance of the pursuit for the other world can be revealed only when it is based on the real worldly life. Second, crucifixion of body is premise of spiritual sublimation. Third, spiritual sublimation can hardly be achieved without the passion life. Spiritual sublimation depends on body, without which the spiritual achievement cannot last long.

Key words: Tsvetaeva, poem, body, spirit, love
